The leadership of the ICAC has been reappointed

On 22 December 2022 the Presidium of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine approved the proposals of the Presidium of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the ICAC Rules approved the President of the ICAC for a period of 5 years from 01 January 2023, his Vice Presidents, and the composition of the ICAC Presidium.

At the same time, the Presidium of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine gave a high assessment of the work of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in this difficult war year and positively noted the continuous improvement of the arbitration institute’s activities. Taking into account the new challenges faced by international arbitration in modern conditions, as well as the expansion of the range of services of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, the proposal to increase the number of Vice Presidents of the ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine was approved.
