International cooperation

The ICAC maintains active cooperation with global arbitration community. Starting from the year 2013, the arbitration bodies of the ICAC hold annual International Arbitration Readings in commemoration of Academician Igor Pobirchenko. The ICAC has entered into the bilateral agreements on cooperation in the field of international arbitration with the arbitration institutions in 20 countries worldwide, including as follows:

  • Arbitration Swiss Association (ASA) in 1992;
  • Korean Court of Commercial Arbitration in 1997;
  • Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian CCI in 1998, 2017;
  • Arbitration Association of Greece in 1998;
  • Foreign Trade Arbitration at the Economic Chamber of Macedonia in 1998;
  • Permanent Court of Arbitration at the CCI of Slovenia in 1999;
  • Agreement for Cooperation in the Field of Commercial Arbitration with the CCI of the Russian Federation in 1999;
  • Arbitration Court at the CCI of Slovakia in 2000;
  • Foreign Trade Arbitration Court at the Mongolian CCI;
  • Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic in 2001;
  • ICAC at the CCI of Romania and Bucharest in 2003;
  • Arbitration Court at the CCI of Latvia in 2006;
  • Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber of Poland in 2007;
  • ICAC of Azerbaijan in 2008;
  • Arbitration Court at the CCI of Hungary in 2011;
  • CEPINA-CEPANI, the Belgian Center for Arbitration and Mediation in 2012;
  • Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) in 2015;
  • China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in 2017;
  • International Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (IAC CCI) in 2017;
  • Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in 2022.
