The ICAC proved impressive institutional resilience to the most hazardous external challenges. It was uninterruptedly considering cases during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 – 2021, as well as after the start of a full-scale military invasion by russia on 24 February 2022.
The ICAC firmly holds its front by ensuring effective protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, boosting the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and its economic flourishing after Ukraine’s victory in the unjustified war.
The Ukrainian arbitration institution enjoys undoubted trust of its users - 88% of the ICAC’s users are satisfied with the quality of arbitration services, according to the “Quality of Arbitration in Ukraine ” 2022 Report by Yuridicheskaya Praktika Publishing House. For the first time in history the reputed international publication The Global Arbitration Review has included the ICAC into the White List of Institutions worth a closer look.
