At its meeting on 18 February 2025, the Presidium of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ukrainian CCI) approved the proposals of the Presidium of the ICAC, and in accordance with the Statute on the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Annex No. 1 to the Law of Ukraine “On International Commercial Arbitration”) and Article 72 of the Rules of the ICAC approved amendments to Article 60 of the Rules of the ICAC regarding signing of the Arbitral Award by the Arbitral Tribunal in the number of original copies corresponding to the number of parties and one for storage in the case file; and regarding  affixing the signature of the Secretary General of the ICAC and the seal of the ICAC to all original copies of the Arbitral Award.

These amendments entered into force on 18 February 2025.
