The International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) is pleased to welcome Olena Belianevych and Pavlo Byelousov on their appointment as members of the ICAC Presidium pursuant to Resolution No. 5(1) of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry dated 18 June 2026.
Olena Belianevych is a Doctor of Laws, Professor at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University (Vinnytsia), a member of the Scientific Advisory Board to the Supreme Court, and an attorney-at-law.
Previously, she served as Professor at the Department of Commercial Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and as Head of the Department of Legal Support for the Market Economy at the Academician F. H. Burchak Scientific Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.
Professor Belianevych’s principal areas of expertise include contract law, energy and natural resources, corporate law, privatisation, and public procurement.
Pavlo Byelousov is a Partner at BONO LEGAL. Previously, he served as a Partner at AEQUO, Senior Associate at the law firm Vasil Kisil & Partners, and Deputy Head of the Centre for International Law.
His professional practice focuses on agribusiness, construction, energy and natural resources, investment, international trade, finance, and banking.
Both Olena Belianevych and Pavlo Byelousov have served for many years as arbitrators of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC). Their extensive professional experience and expertise will contribute to the further development of ICAC, including its growing role in the resolution of investment disputes.
