For the first time for 23 years of activity of the ICAC as of 1 September 2015, the ICAC accepted for arbitration 600 foreign economic disputes.

With regard to the subject composition of the parties of the disputes, it continues to grow the number of disputes considered by the ICAC between two foreign business entities that choose our jurisdiction for arbitration. There is also growing number of disputes coming before the consideration by the ICAC between Ukrainian enterprises with foreign investment. These trends indicate the credibility of the ICAC by employers, including foreign investors.

By subject characteristic, as before, dominated by disputes arising from contracts of purchase and sale of goods, work and services agreements. The number of disputes in the construction and banking sectors and in the field of insurance has been increased.
