A workshop on international disputes, organized by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (NUCC) for entrepreneurs from Norway and Ukraine in cooperation with the Norwegian law firm Wikborg Rein was held in Oslo on April 13, 2018. The event on international disputes took place within the framework of the program – Young Entrepreneurs 2018, aimed at increasing trade and investment opportunities between Ukraine and Norway. The core discussion of the seminar was about the new edition of the Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian CCI (the ICAC) and the The Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Institute of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce. Upon the invitation of the organizers, a member of the Presidium of the ICAC – Julia Chernykh presented the new arbitration Rules and peculiarities of the process at the ICAC.
