Following an invitation of the LL.M. Programme in International Commercial Arbitration of the Stockholm University, Yuliya Chernykh (ICAC Vice Chairman) held a lecture for students on 8 June 2020.

The lecture was dedicated to complexities in distinguishing between regional and global arbitral institutes.

In the course of the lecture, Yuliya presented ICAC’s practice and statistics and turned attention to the fact that parties from more than 50 jurisdictions have chosen ICAC in the last year as a forum for their dispute resolution.
