On 27 October 2023 the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the BCCI  hosted a professional event  “Specific Principles of the Commercial Arbitration and their Manifestation in the Arbitration Proceedings”. 

The Conference gathered over 100 delegates and speakers from Bulgaria, Austria, North Macedonia, Romania and Ukraine. 

Volodymyr Nagnybida, Vice President of the ICAC presented the topic “Limitations of the Parties in their Submissions: Gross Procedural Violation or the Right of the Arbitral Tribunal to Conduct the Process Properly”. Mr. Nagnybida focused on the specificities of limitations that could be levied by the arbitration court relating to the presentation of evidence and resolution of disputes.  

The ІСАС’s input contributes to the ICAC’s efforts for the promotion of international arbitration in commercial disputes and the enhancement of international cooperation in the field of arbitration in Eastern Europe.
