International Commercial Arbitration Court at the UCCI congratulates Inna Yemelianova on her appointment as Vice President of the ICAC as of 15 January 2019 according to the decision of the Presidium of the UCCI № 40(5)of 20 December 2018.

Inna Yemelianova is a proficient arbitrator of the ICAC, Merited Lawyer of Ukraine and Vice President of Public Union “World Congress of Ukrainian Lawyers”. Formerly: Deputy Minister and First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine.

Inna’s specialization: civil, commercial, administrative, procedural law, enforcement of judgements, constitutional law.

According to the above-mentioned decision, Tetiana Zakharchenko is appointed as the member of the ICAC Presidium as well as awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the UCCI due to her long-term conscientious work as the Vice President of the ICAC and the UMAC, high competences and significant contribution to the arbitration institutes at the UCCI.
