The International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry extends its congratulations to its arbitrator Olena Perepelynska on the successful defence of her dissertation for the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in specialty 081 Law, prepared on the topic: “Rulemaking activity of self-regulatory organizations in the field of international commercial arbitration”.

The defence of this dissertation marks the culmination of Ms Perepelynska’s long-standing scientific research and is the result of her direct involvement in the activities of various arbitration institutions both in Ukraine and abroad.

We sincerely wish her further academic and professional achievements for the benefit of the development of international commercial arbitration and the state of Ukraine.
