The International Commercial Arbitration Court – ICAC has once again joined the shortlist of nominees for the prestigious international Global Arbitration Review Pledge Awards 2021 for equal representation of women in arbitration.

In 2020, we improved our results by almost 6% and reached 42.4% representation of female arbitrators in ICAC cases! The organizers also noted that parties appointed female arbitrators in 57.4% of the ICAC cases, which is impressive given the global average of 13.9%.

The ICAC has joined the ERA Arbitration Pledge in 2019.
