Positive changes to the new Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the ICAC) are discussed by Ukrainian arbitration practitioners, leading lawyers as well as by international specialized editions.

Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has shortlisted the ICAC for the Best Developments Award 2018.

“GAR nomination is a recognition of the high level of dispute resolution in the ICAC (Ukraine) which is equal to the proficiency of the international arbitration institutions in Paris, Vienna, Stockholm, Singapore, which are also shortlisted for the Award”, – remarks Zoya Litvinenko, the ICAC Secretary General.
