The GAR’s research finds that the ICAC is “user-friendly, its secretariat is accessible, polite and cooperative, and the hearing facilities are good”.

The ICAC is also praised for “hunger to improve – and be taken seriously on the global stage. It [the ICAC] publishes summaries and redacted versions of its awards and organizes impressively attended events.”

The ICAC continues to adhere to the best international standards in dispute resolution, transforming arbitration in Ukraine into an effective, transparent and comfortable service for the parties and party representatives. 

In 2020 ICAC registered 341 cases involving  parties from 58 countries of the world.
