The ICAC is delighted to offer access to a new, user-friendly format of the Digest of the Supreme Court Practice of considering cases, relating to the recognition of arbitration agreements, as well as the recognition and enforcement of international commercial arbitration awards.

The Digest offers the legal opinions of cassation courts and the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court grouped by the following themes:

• the recognition of arbitration agreements by courts;
• the measures that facilitate to arbitral proceedings;
• the recognition and enforcement of the ICAC’s awards;
• the challenging of the ICAC’s awards;
• the enforcement proceedings relating to the enforcement of arbitral awards;
• the arbitral proceedings and making payments in foreign currencies, in particular, relating to penalties for violating the terms of refund of profits in foreign currencies.
